Niger poorest country in the world has tons of uranium reserves, I think they are on the top largest producers globally. They got ripped off by France because of bad deals , corruption etc. Now they are moving closer to Russia though.
Simply having resources doesn't mean anything. If we aren't stable enough we are going to be ripped off either by the foreign companies or our own politicians. We aren't UAE or Qatar , their fortune wasn't about oil but because they united their qabils and got good deals
Not really. Niger as I mentioned is one example and their only non African minorties are Arabs in the north .
