Stop making excuses, aid money shouldn’t be a source of income especially when it comes with strings attached. Every paper government has been corrupt and the citizens continue to suffer. All these so called leaders are xasid, they fill their stomachs while the people starve to death. Ilahay will hold them accountable.
This news comes on the back of the Somali government attendance to the Jerusalem conference in Istanbul which was attended by all Islamic countries.
This move should be understood as part of a wider geopolitical plan, when the US cuts aid, it's a sign that their tutelage system is being rejected, the reason they are able to give aid is because of how much they pillage Somalia as well as the rest of the world.
Their entire aid budget doesn't make up 1% of the real assets & wealth they loot, why else would you have 4 clandestine CIA bases in the poorest country in the world long before shabab or ICU ever existed ?
People should read the famous book that exposed this imperialist system titled "Low intensity operations: Subversion, Insurgency and Peace Keeping" to understand how these people operate all over the world.

I don’t see what’s so great about centralism? What progress was made from 1960-1969 other than corruption and tribalism? There were 50+ political parties majority of which were clan related. The reason why Siad Barre was able to capture power so easily was because the so called democratic central government was a FAILURE.
If a central democratic government failed then, then how on earth could it succeed today? Federalism is the best solution in my opinion. The reason why PL or w/e federal state has so much power is because there is no constitution or laws saying they are doing anything wrong!
