None of these countries is slightly better than the other and their seemingly goodwill is just to beat out the the competition and lure you to their side. After that it's outright exploitation or stick and carrot at best.
These are all mid-power countries and don't have infinite resources so with even moderate geo- strategic planning , which i've never heard of in the Somali political arena, it's possible to limit their influence while squeezing the best out them.

Ownership of Berbera report remains 100% with Somaliland. What is being split up is the revenue generated from the port. Somaliland did not "give" the port to anybody. In return for a huge level of investment by UAE & Ethiopia (near half a billion dollars), they are given a percentage share of the revenue. This is a very normal arrangement type in International port management today. For example, China owns stakes in at least 15 European and Mediterranean ports, including a 35% stake in Rotterdam's main terminal. These are not poor African nations that are being railroaded or who are forced to make bad decision.
I could understand if you argued it was a bad business decision by Somaliland. Or even that UAE and Ethiopia are taking advantage of Somaliland (totally not the case, but I could see how someone could interpret it that way). But to equate it to having the troops of your enemies (Ethiopia & Kenya), occupying your country and committing horrific crimes against your people, is ridiculously stupid.
Somaliland has had no foreign troops on it soil since the British left, other than the South Africans and Zimbabweans your uncle Afweyne hired to bomb Somaliland.
Also, you completely made up that part about Britain "buying Berbera". That didn't happen. The British rule over Somaliland started with it being governed from Aden, with almost no British presence in Somaliland. They initially had no interest ruling Somaliland, and just wanted to ensure that that the livestock supply into Aden was not controlled by another colonial force. Initially their rule consisted of their ships patrolling the Gulf of Aden. It wasn't until a decade later that they started to build actual military infrastructure along the Somaliland coast.

The gulf dont want to divide us , we are already divided .let's not blame on UAE . Many of us have relatives who have bussines in UAE and not Qatar. UAE is also a nation that buys our fruits , sesame and citrus .
