How come home ownership rates among Somalis is basically 0% in the UK when they have been there since before WW2 and have the largest diaspora in the west? On top of that, they have Islamic mortgages offered if they don't want to take regular mortgages which doesn't even fall under usury. Reer UK prefers to spend their money on annual trips to Somalia to flex on the locals (who have gotten tired of them coming) and to lease Mercedes while at home.

Majority of UK homes are outdated and very old.
Prices are huge, but the property is too small for a family to live

It’s reer UK and Toronto. Homes are unaffordable. Minnesota and the rest of the states is much more affordable (except NYC or LA).

Honestly Minnesota is not even that affordable now the south is where you can live in a mansion for 300k. MN 300k will get you condo at best lol
