No, it's just that men aren't actively fighting oppression like women are and hence don't have any sex-based protections which is what this case was about. The Scottish government wanted to extend those protections to transwomen, and this anti-trans charity group sued them for it and now it seems under the law, transwomen aren't women

They should make Male bathrooms, Female bathrooms, and Inclusive bathrooms. Then not a single person can complain. Your bathroom at home is inclusive, so no one should have the gall to act above this.

My university implemented this, and inclusive bathrooms aren’t that bad since they’re actually better than single gender bathrooms. (I hate using public toilets anyways tho lol)

Single gender bathrooms had a shared sink/dryer and seperate cubicles. Shared gender bathrooms are made up of many small toilets with their own sinks and mirrors, no one’s going to see your hair lol.

Plus they can put cameras in the corridor infront of cubicles for safety purposes, and no one will get caught hijabless or half naked since you have an entire cubicle to yourself
