I believe they’ve signed one or two of the Somali sports podcast guys to host some discussions. His name alludes me.

@EainA2 not sure what you mean she looks Ethiopian. She can easily pass for Somali?

What hate?
She seems to have gone private in the last few days. Most of the comments I read were positive while some were saying she’s a Diversity hire. She didn’t say anything wrong btw -De Bruyne is injury prone and most teams wouldn’t sign someone of his age for the high wages he demands. He can easily end up in Saudi. Not sure why they’re angry about.

I don’t want to get the whole diversity thing as there is no proof she was hired that way. What I would say is that for the level of African athletes and pioneers of sport there are, there needs to be more coaches and black people on TV. Same goes for coaching.

Sky sports and online radio channels like Talksport have recently brought in a lot of young black talent to do some of their talk shows. YouTube black sports podcasters are talented to the extent some of their channels get more views than professionally produced shows. Black people have really pioneered the social media sports podcast game. A lot of white sports podcasters are now making it to mainstream TV and they have acknowledged black British podcasters as paving the way for social media personalities to enter in mainstream TV.
These corporations realise black people can bring in more views and often naturally as good on camera as people who have been through university or got jobs through family links in the media.

You can’t train people to produce these type of content:

As for the sister, her content seems more analytical and she has a good grasp of football knowledge. I am not sure what their problem is.
