Somalis and qamri dont mix at all. Our ancestors need to have drank it in large quantities and consistently in order to have a sort of a tolerance to it like people of european descent. When the europeans brought alcohol to aboriginals and native americans it completely destroyed them. Let this be a warning to us all

regarding this despicable man he needs a life sentence with no parole at the very least.

I don't know about that, just going off my uni days, I knew a few guys that fell off, they could probably drink half a bottle of hard liquor and be fine the next day, they didn't last long, some got psychosis, others got addicted to weed.

Native Americans just like Southeast Asian,h avea gene called ALDH2 which gives them the asian flush symptoms, and also have higher risk of esophageal cancer, while the majority of Africans and Europeans have the GG variant.

GG: Normal alcohol processing(
GA: Reduced ALDH2 activity → "Asian flush", nausea, headache, rapid heartbeat
AA: Very low ALDH2 activity → severe reaction to alcohol

Ancient Somali cities did not export wine, but they imported it, and may have traded it locally as a foreign luxury item or drank by local elites or foreign traders.

Many Asians are physically allergic to it and Native Americans become suicidal when they drink even though they have long histories of drinking, especially the Chinese

Hes MMS son..she came on her youtube to talk about how her son was arrested and she was asking for donations for court a couple months ago. I didnt know why he was arrested till now. Its worse than i thought. I didnt know someone lost their life.💔 she was so young. He is lucky tht with him drunk, suspended license, and taking someones life he only got 8 years..

Agree the punishment is too lax. In an ideal world, any drunk driver who causes a fatality should receive immediate capital punishment or at the very least life without parole.

The guy had multiple DUI arrests, a suspended license, and despite all that, still got drunk and drove through city streets at highway speeds, ultimately killing a pedestrian.

Imagine living in one of the most prosperous metros in America, and all you have to show for it is becoming an alcoholic crashout at 30 years old. It takes something genuinely special to become that big of a loser in Minnesota, you almost have to put effort into being one.

Even if we was to drink alcohol we would have a sensitivity to it. That gene you are referring is just 1 of many. Also Genetics alone isnt the only factor that determines how someone processes alcohol. Epigenetics plays a big role in how alcohol is metabolised in different populations. We might have the GG allele of the ALGH2 gene however because the vast majority of us generationally havent drunk alcohol, epigenetic changes would occur to this gene. in this case the gene expression for alcohol processing would be downregulated as there is little need for this gene [evolutionary pressures]. This would then be passed from offspring to offspring.

We are sensitive to alcohol regardless. If a somali was to drink compared to a white man, a somali would be more lightweight and would get drunk faster

Its okay. Im just glad my sister still can walk normally now. When it comes to car accidents rarely do people get justice. Like if this guy wasnt drunk he might have not gotten jail time. Thts how lax the laws are cuz to the law its an accident not the same as an intended murder or injury. I knew this somali guy in San Diego who ran over an old man and he died. All tht happened to him was they revoked his license.

There was never a need for us, we had khat and coffee, that didn't require extensive processing, and lets be honest that shit smells awful, we have to recycle bottles and cans now since the government imposed a nominal fee for purchases, the recycling center makes me gag when I enter.
