Mudulood and Xawaadle are not the only stake holders eebow, you gotta try to understand the concerns of others. If the state is to become a functioning, stable and fully shabaab free the other clans need to be onboard. If HS follows JL method with bogus parliament and fake saami qaybsi, the state will be a lame duck ten years from now. Bring all the clans who live there hold months long shir on the condition that no community leaves the shir without being satisfied. Its the most efficient way to build a stable state.
My brother this is not Galmudug where you are satisfied with being 4th class citizen.
