France has frozen his assets to some extent as he is facing countless lawsuits on ill-gotten gains and the arabs hate him now because UAE lost billions of dollar on Doraleh Port.
IOG seems to have a good relation with certain african countries as he has invested his wealth in africa instead europe. Addis Abeba will be a good destination.
Somaliland is too small for him to reside or hide as he will face attention all the times.

Guelleh needs to go but the Djiboutian people should learn from their brothers down south as well as other african countries (e.g Libya)that peace and stability is very precious. In different cultures such as recently in Sudan the people of the land can compromise for the greater good. The Somali and afar are too unruly. They should at least wait till the impending ethiopian collapse to oust the useless president

Ethiopia is why these riots are happening rn. Fuad fled to Ethiopia and saught asylum which got granted but he was later handed over to the Djiboutian authorities in Addis and got taken back to Djibouti and locked up and tortured.
