The government has zero plans of self sufficiency, everything is based on aid.

If they do actually cut all the aid gonna be very painfull process for somalia. this rainy season failed and they predict next one will fail and there will be long drought. Many will starve and die if the west dont provide aid and also dont let people escape to west. somalia will not be able to mobilize in time on its own.

Snatch all aid suddenly and also pull out all western troops. then let hunger take over and then war for whats left. this way reset africa crazy populations growth. i think this is very small chance more than likely food aid will be provided to avert catastrophe think they blowing hot air
