Who cares how she looks? Islam makes people do a lot of ugly things like the Dkaka attack where Jihadis mercilessly slaughtered civilians just because they happen to be non-Muslims.

No one buys the mantra "Islam is religion of peace" anymore. These terrorists act with full knowledge that vast swathes of the Muslims and Muslim theologians support them. If Muslims were against suicide bombings as much as they're against apostates, do you really think they'd be that many suicide bombers? If Muslims were against the deliberate targeting of civilians to the same degree they're against cartoons of Mohammud, do you really think they'd be so many blood thirsty Muslims roaming the world today?

Suicide is a major sin. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) stated that the one who commits suicide will be punished with something like that with which he killed himself.

Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever throws himself down from a mountain and kills himself will be in the Fire of Hell, throwing himself down therein for ever and ever. Whoever takes poison and kills himself, his poison will be in his hand and he will be sipping it in the Fire of Hell for ever and ever. Whoever kills himself with a piece of iron, that piece of iron will be in his hand and he will be stabbing himself in the stomach with it in the Fire of Hell, for ever and ever.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 5442; Muslim, 109.

That's the standard Islamic apologetic. But no body cares what Islam says. No body cares about what Mohammud said. No body cares about "theoretical Islam" that is found only in ancient tomes. The only thing that matters to citizen's of the world is "practical Islam." Only the Islam that is interpreted and practiced by Muslims matters. If no Muslim or very few Muslims are following these peaceful injunctions, does it matter if they exist at all?

Same goes for theoretical Christianity or Judiasm or Hinduism,etc. A belief system can only be objectively judged by its adherents.

The incontrovertible fact is renouncing Islam and becoming an apostate is greater offense in the yes of Muslims than killing civilians. Drawing cartoons is greater offense than calling for murder. The Islamists know this which is why they feel confident Muslims will not rise up in arms over their antics.
