Walaahi somalia needs to allocate all their funding to puntland and SL and have their army trained to western standards, get the arms embargo lifted and have our army all converge on the south to rescue her from the clutches of al shabaab. This is not working anymore! you can't let bantu and ethiopians guard you when they want us to be kept backwards! we need to build an army up north and send them down south.

It's Not artillery, it's mortars and they have a wide variety of shapes and sizes. they can be made out out pipes, with little to no knowledge on firearms- just a hollow pipe with a groove cut into the insides. As for the actual projectiles, they are made the same way that IEDs are made by AS.

Still amazed how these weapons could be easily moved around in Xamar without anyone flagging suspicious behavior.
