Waziir Caydeed " We support Laftagareen and his stance as Puntland"

This is probaly somalia's biggest problem. Even people who are qabilists and might not even like the others qabil . Will ally with each other to take down the person who is antiqabil. It's honestly hilarious.

This mofo is not somali. He joined this summer and doesn't post anything but anti Somalia propaganda. Devide us in to thousands but you will never get our seas xabashow.

Obviously not. he is also a qabilist. But he is forced by the situation to be against ethiopia. But you have other people who choseese to be pro ethiopia becuase they have the choice and it benefits their qabil.
Have you asked yourself why they’ve chosen Ethiopia? If Villa Somalia supposedly has their interests at heart then why are they running into the embrace of xabash? Why are they suspicious of their own government? It’s the same story with HSM Farmaajo etc… there’s no rule of law, there’s nepotism, there’s abuse of people based on their Qabil, people have no protection or rights, there’s practically no incentive for other states and clans to participate in the state building process, hence why u see what you see.

This goes deeper than HSM/FGS sxb. Ethiopia has effectively been occupying the south since the 90s, way before the creation of the current Somali government. Its less about trust and more about the fact that the people in charge in the south directly invited Ethiopians in to maintain their power at all costs. Any future Somali president can give protection and rights and that still won't change those corrupt khat heads in charge because they want to keep the status quo.

I mean you think someone like Madoobe will just reject Kenya just because FGS finally decides to bring rule of law? Of course not.

That applies to basically every single fms in somalia. Do you think any problem you stated will get better if you have ethiopians in charge.

Madobe isn’t gonna join Kenya, he’s holding his breath and waiting out on a deal from a serious villa Somalia, and it’s the same with all the other leaders and heads in Somalia.

now what does a good deal from villa Somalia entail? Affording of rights and protections via finishing the constitution so we may pass laws and argue on laws, it’s a basic element of sovereignty, reopen the Supreme Court, one man one vote and the dissolution of 4.5, Somalis must feel that they are represented in xamar and are being afforded their basic rights through the execution of the law. as soon as we have the basics covered, we can move onto confronting the Ethiopians. only then will our words carry weight and meaning.

It’s not a question of Ethiopians in charge, who wants Ethiopians in charge? If the government sends mixed responses or threatens its own citizens then they will naturally seek protection with others, this whole “law from the barrel of the gun” stuff is what led us to this point. No consultation, no rights afforded, just my way or the highway, you can’t form a functioning state by walking over everyone.

via finishing the constitution
one man one vote
This is precisely what HSM is doing right now yet FMS will still fight him over that. There is literally no satisfying them.

Listen I'll be blunt. Federalism in Somalia is a total joke and needs to be dismantled ASAP. The only exception is Puntland and Somaliland since they have been around for a long time and proven themselves capable of being functional. When has Galmudug, Hirshabelle, Southwest and Jubaland ever been functional? Since day one its nothing but chimpouts in those places so centralism is the only path left for central and southern Somalia.

HSM is not doing that sxb let’s be honest, he’s dragging his feet just like farmaajo did before. You have to understand, he’s content with the status quo. Centralism without a constitution, without the rule of law, without rights is just a tyranny the citizen must be protected, guaranteed his rights, if you want centralism this is the only feasible way, you can’t just walk all over people, a competent government that was voted in by the people, which has the rule of law and implements it, this is the hallmark of a centralised government is it not?

Until Villa Somalia stops dragging its feet and engages in some real meaningful dialogue and negotiations with its federal subordinates, then it will be forever hamstrung, doesn’t matter who’s at the helm in 2026 be it farmaajo or somebody else.
