You can never base an entire group with baseless intellectual qoutient points unless you have an agenda to accomplish

Somalis are neither mentally retarded which are common stereotypes to depict explicitly in a negative brush, they are above 70 IQ above mental retardation ,
they are in between 80-95 95-100 thats a human average / mild genius.
