They claimed they were minorities. Wallahi a lot of people lied when they found out how easy it was to get out. All light skinned people were suddenly cad cad, suddenly everyone was Tumaal. In the end the U.N. went to regional requirements and people started putting accents on. When the only other option was tahriib via Libya (dying in the desert, prison, organ trafficking etc) people tricked their way out of the camps.

I have family there but I'm not from there.
Utanga and Ifo. My older brother was born on the way in Dhoobley. We were lucky we had family in the west and they sent us money to tahriib into Nairobi 2 weeks later.
