It's not really tiny, it's small, yes, about 6 to 7 percent. And there's no "toxic" environment in the middle east that's causing these deformities, it's them keeping their gene pool small by inbreeding. The reason Pakis in the UK have such a high rate of deformed/diabled babies compared to other ethinicties is becuase of the generations of inbreeding they do. And there's no "toxic" environment affecting them.The chance of it is really tiny, unless they've been "keeping it in the family" for generations like the royals do. another thing is, I think what we've been atrributing to cousin marriage (high deformities in arabs and pakistanis) is actually the cause of toxic environment. especially the middle east
