I was the same. For some reason I would feel sick in the morning and wouldn’t be able to stomach any food. Icl I thought I was pregnant for a while.
But breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You don’t have to eat a full meal, but do get something in your system, like yoghurt or fruits. You’re young and go to school, so you need it
