I use tachiyomi.

It's a manga app, keeps track of everything and keep my downloads.

Manhwa is like 200 episodes(if they were to adapt it) ahead
It is really easy to read to manga as it is colored and not too many details in the panels.
The art improves after 50 chapters or so but it is still readable.
