What are some ways that could make me grow taller?

For instance, I'm 5'7 and 17 but I need to be at least like 5'9+ since I'm looking to be a model. I know that stretching could make me grow. Even so, is there any medicine or pills I could take that could make me grow taller?

I personally haven’t grown an inch since 16. By these years most people are around their definitive adult height.
So unless there’s a drastic change in your diet (and perhaps habits) I don’t think you’ll see anything significant.

Idk how if your a girl but if your a guy make sure your growth plates are open by doing an xray of your hand if they are open you can naturally boost your growth hormone by exercising and playing sports + eating well or you can take Growth hormone

Good posture. Correcting your posture will give you an inch or two depending how bad it is. Do Yoga or those exercise type stretches. Eat very well no more junk.

Raw milk is completely safe if you get it fresh from a cow and drink it, but if you get it while it has been around for a few days then its not safe. But...

I know a guy who had a 4 inch growth spurt after 18 so there's still hope, but honestly go to the hospital for hormone meds, never try to get knee lengthening surgery
