Saxib, if you're looking for really good advice, consider visiting places like Japan instead of western countries like Canada. I promise you, a Somali guy once came here from the States and ended up running out of money. They had to send some aid from the U.S. Trudeau doesn’t play about his taxes. I visited Japan a few months ago, and it was a very interesting place. You won’t regret it, I promise!

Sxb if your gone go to Puntland try EyL. it's a beautiful little coastal town. That one location is get a small beach house in. But if you like or bigger coast town try Bosaso. EyL real estate will go up in value soon all my Puntland sxb Yaal get your plot of land sooner than later. Also it's a great historic town it's Mohammed Abdullah Hassan look Outpost/ fort

I already own land in Garowe that I bought last year. It’s gone up 8k in value. I’ll probably drive to eyl sometime next week since I have family there and stop by a tuulo on the way.
