I mainly use coinbase and phantom as exchanges idk about the other guys. and I buying a ledger wallet next week to store some cause not your keys not your coims, and to convert back Is simple you just convert it to a established coin lile solana and from there convert it to USD, euros, pounds etc. Whatever country currency you use.
