Yeah if you live in Bumf**k, Alabama you won’t make as much as a guy doing the same work in Boston
For remote jobs they care more about experience, they’d prefer a 40 yr old with 20 yrs experience
The young ones stay in the office for the most part
Company I was with last summer was cool with the hrs tho, as long as work was done.
