Somali politicians are braindead.

The only time you visit the poor and disenfranchised should be when you deliver new projects and actually implement them!
Furthermore, you can't show up in an expensive suit. Dress down whilst mingling with citizens, actually talk to them about what they need. Don't remind them that you spend Government money on fancy suits, fancy cars and a security posse, whilst they barely survive.

They're trying to copy Western politicians but don't know how to do it effectively.
