Ive been reading this book called Atomic Habits and it’s a life changer, I definitely recommend you go and give it a read. Changed a couple of habits and boom; I’ve got better grades on my subjects and have improved in my studies
I've been meaning to read that book. The bad habits I had in high school carried over to college, and I've realized that minimal studying and last minute cramming + all nighters are not conducive to maintaining a decent GPA in college Xaaladu wey adkaaaateeey
