I dont know what you're on about Somalia is never mentioned in Somaliland news only when something affects us which is once a month. I post news nearly everyday and keep upto date with SAAB TV & HCTV as well as the english news sites of Somaliland Standard / Sun & Current hardly any articles are anyone in Somaliland talking about Somalia its mostly an update of activities in the ministries or some other thing.

No its all about the competency of the local gov. There's a new central bank governor who's been doing a good job as inflation has been going down.

the Berbera mayor has started doing his job properly and it has the best / most and nicest roads in all of Somaliland. Now the Hargeisa mayor is finally under investigation for corruption as there's a new Auditor General only sad thing is that he fled to sweden. its a slow process to get rid of the bad apples as people are demanding more from the government and dont't want to push people to their breaking point

In Garowe Mog or Kismayo if she did the equivalent there she would've been killed or locked up and forgotten about. Have you seen the womens prison in Burco / Hargeisa they're pretty decent (for african standards but they've been refurbished by the west who control Somaliland now.
I've been in those prisons for work as we were sorting out the release of a few people and getting them compensated for extra time served.
