SL still hasn't been able to gain ictraaf from a single country after 29 years of trying despite having a strong case to why it should become an independent country. If you think PL has a chance at getting ictraaf from a single country then your very delusional.

I’m not a pler but the facts are turkey and uae are direct rivals turkey is involved in the south and uae is involved in pl so they would gain full control over pl and establish a sphere of influence in the horn similar to uae controlling Egypt

Why is the federal government against the development of Bosaso port?

Can you clarify when you say that FGS is denying any project to be done in PL? Do you mean current and future development deals in general or just the port?
