My job allows me to work remote and take trips abroad and besides my friends like the Dominican Republic we go there once a year to catch up

The sexual stuff only happens in Miami Tampa is nice and filled with mostly old white folks ,latinos ,and some Arab professionals I’ve met

The beaches are nice and the mortgage for houses are way more affordable than the ones in San Diego

Isn’t tampa prone to hurricanes and tornadoes? Swear the one a couple months ago was there, the houses might be cheap but don’t you gotta pay a massive amount of insurance as natural disaster prevention? And if you risk not paying you could lose your crib at any time

Theres hurricanes in Florida once in a while but my house has insurance and I have a buddy from the army who got me a house that’s far from the beach


And besides there is an old Native American legend that says Tampa is protected and so far the worst I’ve dealt with is minor flooding
