What is the end game with Afghanistan?

A ton of people are saying to evacuate afghanis? So are we just gonna remove the population of Afghanistan and drop them in other countries around the world?

I really think that the taliban will modernise and wont be the same from 1996 (slim chance), China and Pakistan are going to use them as proxy against India.
