The Oromo bit is probably correct the habesha bit maybe that Somalis just saw Hararis as the same as Christian habesha like Amhara. Somalis don’t border Christian habesha so your Ethiopians part is Oromo or Hararis. Your grandfather isn’t likely half Yemeni.

My great awoowe was a famous shaykh in hargaysa I would not be suprised if he married a yemeni woman & had my awoowe. My hooyo is also very lightskin for a Somali she looks ajanabi or at best cadcad.

But for real though it makes sense you have 8 % likelihood of green eyes because 23andme
algorithm tend to overestimate the Ethiopians part of Somali and Arab mix and tends to underestimate the Arab part. To get your real percentages try G25 it’s a third party tool you can use after 23andme. https://eurogenes.blogspot.com/2019/07/getting-most-out-of-global25_12.html?m=1.
