I was comparing the Issak to the Jews.
Darood don't have cuqdad toward Issak, except maybe the Hartis who are annoyed about being "included" in Somaliland.
Like I said, Darood cuqdad is toward the Hawyie. Issak cuqdad is toward the Darood. Hawyie is just a lost, confused soul depressed after being manipulated into overthrowing a good master.
again this not true hartis dont give a f*ck about isaaq:camby:
second anybody not named mj dont give a f*ck about hawiye:camby:

Another trend I am noticing in this thread is that not only do Somalis have cuqdad, but they also vehemently deny having any. This illness cannot be treated if people are in denial about it.

The issue in somalia is more of a fool me once shame on me type of thing than it is cuqdad. Why would ppl who can't even agree on what good governance is, decide to have the same governing body:drakewtf:. The union happend, it lasted 9 short years as a democracy, 20 some odd years as a dictatorship, and 25 years as a total warzone. There's clearly an underlining issue that's greater than cuqdad of reer hebel.

B : Cause, Somalis haven't defeated one another no clear winner. Cuqdaad stays when you have a choice. Japanese were whooped, they had no choice but forcefully forget and forgive.

Greedy politicians and warlords who benefited more from war than peace. They do not want to share country wealth with people. Creating hate between people and dividing the money among themselves

somalia will never find peace as long as the un/au is in charge of it's affairs.

But as long as people are too busy hating each other, they will never notice they are being colonized >_<

What can you do? I mean if certain clans ushered in foreign troops just to get the upper hand because they couldn't fight.:heh:. Remember that al shabaab didn't exist until ethiopians invaded somalia, and ethiopians didn't invade somalia until a clan decided to let them in :kanyeshrug:. You can't over look the action and blame the reaction:kobeok:. Prior to this everything was just clans fighting clans which could've been hashed out over time. But we know who first brought habashi troops on somali soil then later brought kenyans just to build a fiefdom state:lol:. And we have kids on this website bootyclapping to that fact while crying somalinimo:ulachen001:

It was no clan.

Ethiopia invaded Somalia in 2006 because the Islamic Courts threatened them with jihad and even tried to provide an Oromo guerrilla group with a training ground in Somalia. Ethiopia also received the tacit blessing of the Bush administration to do this.

Some people ignore all of this and try to blame Abdullahi Yusuf, the MJ clan, or the Darood as a whole for what Ethiopia did. Darood is always being blamed unjustly.

Go to wikileaks and you would learn how Ethiopia was forced to invade Somalia and yousif was forced to ask for help because western countries did not want Islamic government ruling Somalia beside bab al mandab where 40% of world trade passed. Educate yourself

Abdallahi Yusuf asked for forgiveness from Somali people in his memoir.

I didn't want to mention the clan because I knew their offspring would come to the rescue and mention it for me:banderas:. I guess there's a similar excuse for bringing kenyans into jubbaland right:mjpls:
Out of all dirty disgusting things somalis have done to eachother, this type of treachery is unprecedented :ohlord:

yes that's what I thought, but somali politics is multifaceted it's likely still there was a clan involved in ethiopias invasion, considering the somali warlords who fought alongside ethiopia, and the fact that somalis can't seperate themselves from qabil no what I'm saying

Because there hasnt been any genuine reconciliation.

Reconciliation is necessary as it deflates hateful narratives that sustains inter-clan distrust and enmity. It opens a new page for negotiating the terms of social contract that will allow for co-existence.

Leaders are leaders because people support them. They are a reflection of society, no leader would do something that would compromise their position
