What men (and women) need to know about the Menstrual Cycle

It's very important to understand the menstrual cycle. You need to learn how to behave around a woman during certain periods, when to have or not have certain conversations, intimacy etc.

Learn why women's moods go up and down. Men, on the other hand, are pretty much the same all the time.

I think a lot of women don't understand the hormone cycle either, I recently delved into it deeper and it really explains a lot of things. Apparently, we even need more sleep at night than men, some estimated 11 minutes more.
