Actually you're wrong there, SYLs president from 1943 to 1947 was Sakhawudeen who was the founding father, from 1947 to 1955 was Haji Mohamed Xuseen, from 1955 to 1960 was Aden Cadde

How can I take seriously someone who says Abdullahi Isse was a patriot while Abdirazak Haji Husein was a tribalist?
The guy knows nothing about who were always the patriots and who were lackeys of the Italians.
But why deny he had a part in its creation? You mentioned Abdiqadir but conveniently left out Yasin.
The 60s was a period of MJ rule in Somalia only to be replaced by MOD regime
I read somewhere that sheikh Abdulqadir suggested to make SYL an Islamic organisation like the Muslim Brotherhood, whereas Yasin Haji suggested suggested to make it a secular political party. The SYL became a secular political party, so that shows whose words carried the day.
