I think you guys are forgetting how big the majority that Labour won was. They will will in a smaller landslide if they mess up, at worst.

the UK election comes around 2029 around Q3 of that year. The US election is on 2028, so there will be a brief window in which Starmer is with a different president.

Looking at statistics, immigration should not be a problem - the only reason it is, is because the previous Tory Government made public services terrible here. Since people are mentally lazy, they will look for the first thing to blame, which will naturally be migrants. Especially those of skin tones much different than average White Brits.

This government simply just needs to make live feel better for ordinary people to win largely.


That being said, people complaining about Starmer either don't live here, or are too ignorant and forgetful.

Reform will play the racists that voted for them, just as the Republicans have played their voters. Republicans ran on an anti-immigrant platform, and of course, they decided to pivot from that completely. As of late they are openly calling for more Indian migrants who are skilled. They have the data in front of them, and realise they need immigrants to thrive, and people to exploit.

Ultimately, all these people care about is money. If immigrants left the UK, the economy would be hit very hard, a total collapse probably. There is A LOT of Asian Muslim money in the UK for example.

Republicans ran on tighter border security not anti immigration as did the democrat candidate . Republicans got a record number of the Latino vote and in my state they helped elect Ron desantis in a sweeping landslide

America accepts around a million immigrants a year it would be economic suicide for the southern United States if Latinos stoped coming

Trumps friends down south won’t have a booming economy when he put on those tariffs hopefully someone makes him backdown
