Down-fall of Tukaraq, yeah cause PL had to take away it's soldiers to provide security in the areas the president is travelling in. Same deal in 2007, attacked while PL was away in Mogadishu with it's soldiers. It really shows cowardice, you can't do anything when PL soldiers are there, u only do something when they are not there or big portion of them left for other duties. But when Farmajo is gone, I am sure they returning back to the positions, so just wait. I doubt they will let tukaraq go cuz it is a pretty important custom with a-lot of finances that come from the road traffic.

It seems it is an act of cowardice, you done this twice, there is an established track record that u attack when soldiers are heavily depleted. That is not strategic, cuz they can come back and regroup, it doesn't eliminate them at all. U never won anything, your in a temporary situation that can change anytime cause the soldiers hasn't been destroyed, they only have been relocated and they can be relocated back any-time.
