Nobody cares about Qabiil dear. A somali can go anywhere they please from Hargaysa to the Southern edge of Somalia nowadays. Negative Qabiil is only present among diaspora. I met people who returned from the country recently and they traveled extensively. They said Somalis back home aren't as toxic and you can go anywhere you need to.
