Okay, I understand that the reason why HSM wants to give options to Ethiopia to counter the illegal MoU in a diplomatic way but damn what a embarrassment he is. When the hell will it end? I understand that if Ethiopia were to get the MoU through then Somalia would have a moral high ground over Ethiopia and would certainly be supported by all countries against their aggression but this is too much.

Not give but sell a share, Ethiopia may have access to a port but it will of course be taxed and still under our hands.

Somalia is too much of a failed state to be doing taxes, Ethiopia is just going to swarm in and do as they please. And the mou deal is in return for Ethipia to recognise us and take a share in Ethiopian airlines if not there is no mou deal. Whereas there's no deals with failed state Somalia. And besides don't you lot have al shabab and all sorts of corruption going on? Somaliland is miles better.

Tbf what can our president do? I love my country and people but we have to be realistic here.
We are weak and divided country.

The other week people were celebrating two clans annihiliating eachother in central Somalia. Now people cry they are being divided. I'll wait to hear more about these Ethiopian troops because it doesn't really seem believable. Somalia in my view is a western project, Ethiopia can't get away with that much, unless the west are behind it or don't mind it.

The MoU might actually be a wake up for the south to get it's act together but I doubt, Hawiye are hellbent on their domination even if the country breaks apart.
