Nope, the ceo and owner is from Muqdisho and their headquarter is also in Muqdisho. The co-owner is from Hargeisa, I think.
95% of their stuff is filmed in Xamar like Heello, Music and Maddadaalo(although a few eps were filmed in Hargeisa), the cooking show, Qaraaxo and many more.
The only programs that are filmed in Hargeisa are Qaaci Show and Mullaax(It's about this dude who simplifies Somali poetry. I totally recommend it for those who are interested in the Somali language)
