@Tambien
To expand:
Eritrea: geopolitically strongly anti-Western.
South Africa: because they had to deal with white people and there is a lot of hostility between locals and white people.
Ethiopia: their English is broken af and they don't consume much Western media, they are on a cultural sphere of their own. The recent Tigray conflict also made them more anti-Western and they have aligned themselves with China over the Egypt issue.
Zimbabwe: for historic reasons and their government encourages anti-Western attitudes.
------
The people of Somalia are anti-Western (therefore anti-white), but the government is a lapdog of the West and it only exists because of Western aid, so it can't be Somalia. Somaliland also virtue signals with Western values and tries to be as Western as possible when it comes to public administration (not necessarily social values).
