They are the most liberal Southern Europeans. Many studies back this up where they poll Europeans on liberal values.
The most racist Southern Europeans are the Greeks, mainly because they have been getting swamped by Syrians and Africans entering Europe from Turkey through Greece. There are many homeless/destitute Arabs and Horners in Greece.
