Not gonna happen. Al shabaab can only last so long. The gulf states and spoilers are panicking. The debt relief will be cleared in Feb 2020. Once that happens we can spend more money on security and get more help from russia and turkey. We will inshallah petition for the replacement of amisom troops with turkish and more SNA troops and the real battle for somalia will begin. We will also have enough money to build a navy, so no more illegal fishing and no more sneaking charcoal by the gulf bastards.

Once our army is built up we will no longer need the UN and their useless inaction. Offshore drilling will take place regardless as PL and other regions will want their share for developement regardless of what is happening on land in the south. SL will never gain secession and i say that as a northerner myself.
