My mom told me stories of how the kids would pants the macalin as soon as dugsi ended lol also I'm speaking from who've lived with me

I used to hear stories about young boys in Somalia going to dusgi with macawiis and when the macalin used to beat them the macawiis would fall off and they had no underwear on. Lol.

Maybe @Air Jalam can confirm this.

My dad bought me couple of macawiis 5 years ago. I never opened them or wore them. I gave them back to him as a gift 6 months ago, and he was none the wiser. He had forgotten he actually bought them for me.

Macawiis looks good on with odeyaal. Younger guys don't know how to put it on and walk on it.

Loooool that's like my dad. I'm his daughter so he'd just act shocked and give me a steel gaze lol

My dad quite fancies himself when it comes to roasting me & my sisters. Lol.

I live in a borough/council with a large somali community so if I'm not walking to local shop with a macawis and timberlands then I'll definitely see another guy do so, sort of an underground trend for the 21-30 age demographic
:ehh:
