There is not one Jidwaaq councillor from Awbare. Try again.

There are around 17 councillors.
It's all split amongst Gadabuursi Makaahiil subclans.

We already had vice presidency, Mudane Mawlid Hayir was Vice President in the Candi Iley era. You don't even know the history of the region. Gadabuursi had over 9 times been governor of Jijiga.

Name this imaginary Jidwaaq councillor. Show me his pic. This is my district. Also name one Jidwaaq village in Awbare.

Jidwaaq do not even own one district in all of DDSI. Qabri Bayax is shared with Isaaq and Jijiga is shared with Geri, Jarso, Akisho, Gadabuursi and Isaaq.

Geri and Jaarso are geographically closer to Awbare than Jidwaaq. Geri and Jarso live in Geelboob, Tuli Guleed which is a few kilometres away from the Awbare border. Jidwaaq live further towards Jijiga

The Awbare maamul is 100% Gadabursi.
The confusion you are getting is from the fact that Wajaale has its own administration but at the same time is governed by Awbare.
The councillors of Wajaale are mainly Isaaq. But the Awbare district council is all Gadabuursi. That's how it works.

The confusion you are getting is from the fact that Wajaale has its own administration but at the same time is governed by Awbare.
The councillors of Wajaale are mainly Isaaq. But the Awbare district council is all Gadabuursi. That's how it works.
