Istanbul. Majority of Turks are mixed with Mongoloids.

Are you guys sure you can classify Turks as an ethnic group? Turks look very very different from each other, some of the look Mongolian, others like East Europeans, many like other Arabs and some South European. You also got 20mil Kurds claiming to be Turks.

Yes, they are both incredibly hairy, especially Arabs. Almost every Arab female I know has hairier arms than me. I myself I am not particularly hairy but still, these females are not meant to have hairy arms.
