Hopefully a UAE royal prince will notice you and nominate you. Just make sure you become a scientist or famous musician first. But I'm sure getting lighter skin will be the hardest part.
Arabic is the official language of the UAE but English is widely spoken there due to having many foreign expats.
The laws there are insane. You can't even chewgum or sip water on the train without getting fined. Somalis there are so well behaved because they can easily get deported if they break certain laws.
They dont directly deport you but any criminal record on your file guarntees your not working in the country ever again. Know a guy who got into a fight at 16, spent a week in juve and still jobless at 27

High IQ Muslims living in Western countries often have dreams of moving to the UAE. It attracts smart Muslims from all over the world. Just like East Asians like Singapore and Hong Kong, Dubai is that for the MENA world.

Tbh, I already had family there and they wanted me to come. My older brother and grandparents live there and, it was also one of my wife's idea to also move there because she managed to convince me how the west is not a good place to raise your kids since they're starting to teach degeneracy in kindergarten schools so it was only right to move to a developed Muslim country.
All the Gulf Countries are too worried about becoming Poor again, since, oil is now
more of a regular commodity than the black Gold it used be.
The new residence/Citizenship offers are desperate measures to keep Companies not
to leave, and to keep their Nationals employed. especially the U.A.E where Businesses
have been leaving in droves.
All those expensive Infrastructures built over decades, will have no use if foreign
millionaires leave.

UAE has their own version of African Americans though.
Something like 1 in 10 Gulf Arabs looks like an Afro-Arab. I saw many of them when I visited. I hear that many of them are coons and self-haters and know almost nothing about Africa.

Turkey would have been nice if it developed more. It reminds of the Germany of the MENA world (most industrialized, lots of industry, leading in science for its region etc.). Too bad Erdogan has kind of slowed down economic progress, in the 90s and 2000s their economy was growing more rapidly.
