Why are more and more female teachers becoming sexual predators?

This is the third case this year.
All involving women.

I remember when I was literally fresh off the boat and one day my college counselor locked the door and threw herself at me.
Another one(a professor this time) kept “accidentally” falling into my lap.

At first, I thought it was just random luck but then I went online and saw more and more cases like this.
The overwhelming majority involve female teachers/professors. And those are just the ones who get caught. I’m pretty sure 98% of niggas never report it. I didn’t even tell my guy friends lol.
Does anyone have an idea why there’s a sudden increase in these cases? Or they always existed but just went unreported?

A lot of these teachers have “relationship problems” and are looking for a male figure in their lives.

There are sick people in the world, who like to 'raise a spouse' and use their age and power to seduce less experienced people. It's like taking candy from a child. That's why any sentient being should be deeply distrusting of large age gaps no matter what the gender split is.

Rarely ever do men get charged for rape or inappropriate behaviour to minors. I remember one teacher I had the older kids from another school told me the stuff he did inappropriately (early 2000s) and he somehow just relocated to my school. Something was very off with that man low key. At my school they did the same thing with the female teacher who was being inappropriate just silently discharge them and relocate them somewhere else.

We had a male teacher charged in my school. He used a Snickers bar first in the dark gym office to trick the kids.

In high school I witnessed tons of students flirting with teachers all the time. I'm not surprised about these cases at all.
