I honestly doubt that could have happened. At the most the Somali government could have hoped for is maybe some of Arsi and Bale and that would be pushing it. No Somali would have fought beyond the border of Somalia and Abyssinia (Awash river). Also the Eritreans existed, the real Ethiopian socialists existed, etc.

Somalia anyway planned for a short campaign, that is why the war bogged down around Harar.

Let’s be honest, you guys always talk about yearning to be in somalia, but we all know deep down inside most of you guys born in the west would choose the west 100/100 over somalia, I don’t buy that most of you guys are pro Somalia like that, Just capping for likes on this website, you guys remind me of those Somali uncles sitting around stating that once such and such happens that they are leaving this gaalo country first thing first, but it never happens and we all know why…….
