Brutal, any somali girl that isn't a landwhale registers as a 8 to me minimum because of this. Somali mothers are horrible when it comes to diets, they call a normal bmi girl (only girls) 'caato' which is a signal to her mother that she needs to be fed more.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful or insult women, but this is a major concern. A lot of women in our community are diabetic, and it's an issue that needs to be addressed. We shouldn't shy away from health topics.
