@anon2 there is huge difference even in Gedo students who tap into Mandeera education system. We can't keep blinding ourselves to the reality.

This is wrong they don't use Somali National curriculum in Gedo nor do they use Mandera/Kenyan curriculum, they use international british\american curriculum used by most international schools in Africa and the same curriculum is used in CW district and certain schools in Kismayo also adopted this curriculum. All of the aforementioned locations have the highest rated schools and students in the country. There is no affiliation with Kenyan curriculum in Gedo whatsoever.

Is what i would say until i saw this graph that puts algeria very high up on hdi. I guess they are doing decent. Also i will never believe south africa is actually that well off, they have barbed wire outside any decent house and shoot at vehicles for pennies
