I live in third world UK. The thing is, Americans know America has many faults and they actually talk about bigotry and racism they are working to fight it, whereas Brits and Europeans beush it under the rug and point the finger at the USA saying oh we arent racist like the US.

They're higher on the human development index than France. People over exaggerate how bad America is. It's an amazing country if you're rich and horrible if you're poor. Wealth inequality and its political divides are its biggest problems.
