His info is kind of out of date though. His area of expertise was economics of the 70s and he worked with Reagan on his economic policy, if I remember correctly. That policy is currently wrecking the middle class and has created large wealth disparity.

The myth of middle class 50s America is still strong I see during the 60s 25% of Americans were living below the poverty line and the south was not even developed

Ronald Reagan presided over the Silicon Valley boom and his policies of deregulation and tightening monetary policy lead to the ecnomcic boom of the 90s he revived the American dream

The average income of Americans is among the highest in the world there ranked along side Luxembourg and Switzerland and its GDP per capita is around 8th only gulf countries and tax havens are ahead if you go to the suburbs you see endless rows of three story houses with a deck and a pool gas prices are like 2$ Americans 100% have is so much better than most people

Lots of black California natives though. And you're right, can't wait to see black replacement theory to drop. lots of once predominantly black neighbourhoods in Cali are now mostly latino.
